But, we are where we are, are we not, and safeguards are pretty much in place. Of course, we could have a utopia where everyone is exactly the same. I prefer our society of opportunity myself, which, the last I saw, is not hindered by the federal reserve. The FED got us to where we are now, dont you think? The world's greatest country,,,,,altho, ,there are a few in the forum from Norway, Germany, New Zealand, China, etc who laughingly think that THEY are. Everybody vote!

I guess the real problem with some of our thread-members is that some men are just, damn it, rich. What are we and Elizabeth Warren going to do about them!!! Shut them (and ,in the process, their job-producing companies) Down!!!

Here we go again with AJ his false dichotomy that it’s either criminal levels of inequality or a crushing communist dystopia. No one but other right wing special needs types is buying it ‘below average joe’.

kqunn909 - I read this article you provided, and agree the robber barons of old did some very bad things, but would stipulate today's "FED" was approved by Congress and is not a tool of the Rothschilds, Morgans, or others mentioned in your link ; it does however do a reasonably good job in providing the nation with a safe, stable money supply.

Whodey - Do you even think before you post these things? The national debt is a result our good government spending more money than they have tax revenue to spend. The FED is independent of this process. Please get your head out of your "deep state" conspiracy theories and take a class in basic civics. 😴
