He is prompted on what to expect, that is what his staff is for. But THESE notes tell him how to act, what to say, for god sakes. One said "YOU sit down".

He's the President he can do whatever he wants during such meetings and no note can really constrain his actions. These are reminders to do things in a certain order, not any commands he must follow (or what?) as you absurdly claim.
