You've got me, i was wondering that myself earlier on..

To be honest, i think we actually have too many like minded people in the debates forum now and not enough difference of opinion to generate a heated argument..

Since most of the fundies have migrated, SVW is awol (for now), it seems that ivanhoe is the only one who i really tend to disagree with anymore.

I think it will probably just take some time for debates to find itself again after the split.

The anti-crowd is the anti-crowd. I leave it to the crowd and the anti-crowd, and I'm sure there are more crowds, to decide who is who and who belongs to whom ......

There was a reason so much of the substance of the Debates forum was religious stuff. That's what gets people posting. Move these posts somewhere else, and that's where the life goes.

It's still nice to have the non-religious debates easy to find, even if this forum has become less lively.
