@mchill saidWell… according to friends it’s difficult to calculate what’s due to Brexit and what’s due to 14 years of austerity measures by the conservative government, but things are not as good as they were 15 years ago.
Brexit caused quite a stir a few years back, but it's taken a backseat to other news recently. So how is it working out?
Thst being said, some friends who live near London do live quite a good life. But they’ll readily admit that tory policies favour their businesses.
The NHS has taken serious hits. And things like dental care, mental care and physiotherapy are screwed over completely.
Fresh produce from Britain to the Netherlands is hard to come by. And because of laws in place, you can no longer pop over to Dover to buy some prime cuts and sausages (well, technically you can, you just can’t cart them back to Europe).
I would presume this takes a toll on some businesses. However, it seems like it’s generally just an added layer of bureacracy (driving costs up) for most businesses trading with Europe.
Damn. I’m in dire need of fish ‘n’ chips!
@shavixmir saidLet me know when you’re next over, I know some good F&C places.

@shavixmir saidThat can't be true, Brosi Johnson himself said all the saved money (lots and lots of that) would be put into NHS.
