Link? Are they suing the inmate or the prison? Mott's article says the inmate was there because of a lawsuit, so I'm not sure the law can both require and prevent trans-women from serving their time at a women's prison.

Two inmates in the care of the state got pregnant because the state allowed a man to serve with the women.

Right now he has been transferred.
Also right now money hungry lawyers are getting ready to represent those inmates in a lawsuit to sue the state.

Disagree all you want. It will happen.
The state was responsible for those two female inmates.

Some guy with all of his equipment intact did a ‘cuckoo’s nest’, got himself transferred to a woman’s facility, and had a couple of chicks there. DUH.
