The only Islamic ountry with nuclear weapons is Pakistan. If Pakistan tries to use nuclear weapons on Israel, India will step in. They are allies. Pakistan's nuclear arsenal is about 1/5th of Israel's and 1/2 of India's. So really these Islamic countries will be really stupid to try any mass extermination ... but you know what? They are stupid people and can very well try it.
Israel was right to remove nuclear facilities from Syria and Iraq in recent years. Many Islamic countries that have extremists are dangerous. Countries and societies that cannot see this and are worried about public opinion or being called islamophobic will learn the hard way.
