We've got our fair share of wild and dangerous creatures: pheasants, carp, field mice, etc.

But we Europeans prefer to give them a fighting a chance and wrestle them.
Actually they've hunted most of the continent to exstinction.

I think one Prince is allowed a bazillion game birds per day.

The only game left in Euroland is the metro-hustle.

Of my friends and family members that own guns, and of those who do not, I know of NO ONE that wishes to be harmed or even threatened.

What the h@ll kind of question was that anyway? And more importantly, which exact prejudice and/or poorly informed opinion of gun owners led you to ask it?

Alternatively, how many liberal academics really don't have a problem with guns, they just don't like the type of people that carry them?

Scotland. Zero. I'm not paranoid enough to need one.
So you're just a little paranoid?
Remember, no matter how paranoid you are, you're not paranoid enough.😞

There are two requirements you need to do to debate effectively:

1. Buy a gun and shoot it, (or visit a culture where guns are used in every day life)

2. Get out of your head that "The only purpose in guns are to kill people", and that "People who have guns are paranoid".

Im gonna guess that less then .00005 % of bullets are actually aimed at someone. yet you debate like its 90%

16 gauge... I have my eye out for an older browning right now... I really like that gauge for pheasants.

It's not that I don't like people who own guns (I was raised in a hick town, you know), it's just that they're so terribly bad at statistics.

1. Why?

2. You are telling me that owning a gun "to prevent tyranny" isn't paranoid?
