This isn’t a debates forum.
This is nothing but a forum for extreme right Americans to troll the rest of humanity.
It’s completely broken.
The last 7 years have seen it become ever more polarised on solely American issues. Many of which have no bearing on the rest of the world or even rationality.
Point of discussion: there should be a separate forum for American politics. Get them out of debates.

It's because only the Americans are posting. What's stopping Euros from posting starting threads?
And they spam so much that every other thread quickly just oozes into the swamp of stupidity.

I agree. A couple of years ago I suggested a separate forum should be created for US Politics. I don't know if anyone here took it seriously. There are clearly many other pressing issues that could be discussed in the debate's forum.

For the rest of us, American politics are depressing. They represent the triumph of totalitarianism over democracy, and there's very little difference between the fascist form and the communist form of totalitarianism.
Both have oligarchies who've bought or stolen their power from the people who should make up a society worth living in.

Rules are for other people, the only thing that counts for them is a moronic-extreme interpretation of their (note: not anyone else's, certainly not an English-run site's) First Amendment.
