Tell that to the 610,000 dead Americans, many of whom followed your advise. There are something's you can't fight off with just veggies and exercise.
And BTW I've personally witnessed veggies do way more good for sick people than any FDA approved drug -- those veggies literally saved the life of my dying chess-club president after he tossed all his drugs into the trash.
