@sonhouse saidMcConnel is still in the senate, the senate will still probably be republican controlled as far as i read from a politico map, Biden has signaled he will be a pushover and do anything to appear bipartisan, the supreme court is still 6-3 and will continue to be so because the senate is republican (not that the democrats would have actually packed the court) and there are still like 200 judges spread across the US that trump appointed.

Even though he came into office with no real plan, he cut taxes without lowering spending, ballooning the debt. He cozied up to dictators overseas and so wrecked our foreign policy - lost friends, made no new ones. Domestically, he mis-managed the pandemic, both in terms of deaths and the economic impact. He relaxed pollution standards and environmental laws which will degrade water and air and environmental quality. He certainly promoted xenophobia and bigotry, encouraging extremists to come out and boldly declare themselves.
And probably most importantly, he cast doubt on the idea of checks and balances and Democracy itself - imposing loyalty tests to consolidate power, abusing his powers, rewarding his cronies, installing unqualified sycophants. He's tried hard to use the powers of the Presidency in illegal ways to get himself re-elected - THAT may be the most unforgivable thing he has done.
The good news is that none of this really sold with the American people. There has been a strong backlash to a lot of his ideas and much of it will be reversed by coming administrations. And does suggest one important thing: we should be very cautious electing CEOs as President. CEOs are 'natural' dictators and may not have the mindset to operate in a democracy.
