I gave you two examples of behavior that caused harm to a person or his property. You seemed to indicate that all criminal behavior of this type should result in the death penalty. Or would you like to clarify your position a little further?

If the place only started accepting prisoners in May 2004 and consists only of highly dangerous criminals convicted of serious, violent crimes, I'm sure none of them have been released yet. So there'd be no data to calculate a recidivism rate.
