Some Stangs are permanent, best you just buy new underwear and bury the old, but not near your garden or well.

Delmer gives great advice. I've tried everything to get the Stang out of my underwear, but, after taking a particularly nasty Bowmann no amount of wiping can guarantee that you won't be left with a Stang in your shorts. Bleach is useless and burning is your best alternative.

Great advice Del! I had some Bowman Stanged underwear that I used as a pest repellent around the garden, they did the job😛 Unfortunately the EPA came along and fined me for having hazardous waste😳:'(😞
