If Vaccine injury and death is so rare why no liability to the manufacturers?

If Vaccine injury and death is so rare why no liability to the manufacturers?

Debates

Either vaccines are excessively harmful or they are not.

If they are not excessively harmful, why did the vaccine manufacturers claim they could not stay in business unless liability was waved? Either lawsuits were a financial burden or they were not. If they were a burden (as they once claimed) then vaccines must have been excessively harmful.

Did that all change at some point? If so, can't the vaccine makers afford to be liable again? After all, safe vaccines don't result in excessive lawsuits, right?

If vaccines are really so safe why have the vaccine courts gone through over 4 billion of your taxpayer dollars compensating injuries and deaths?

If vaccines are safe the American taxpayer is getting ripped off. If vaccines are not safe why are we being told they are safe? It cannot be both. Common sense.

Not only will you NOT find this information reported in the corporate media, you will find “fact checking” articles trying to debunk these statistics, by stating that the presence of these reports does not “prove causation.

Brushing off these statistics, which represent only a fraction of what is actually happening in the public since so few health professionals report these adverse reactions to VAERS in the first place, is most certainly a criminal act leading to genocide.

This is a non-partisan issue as not a single U.S. Governor from either a Blue or Red state has taken action to stop these injections in pregnant women or children. They are ALL accomplices to mass murder, and should be arrested and tried for these crimes.

@Eladar
The REAL game is how many folks are still alive because of the vaccines.
You ALWAYS want to insert BULLSHYTE into your posts. Practically a non issue, the side effects of the vaccines but that doesn't stop trolls like you from trying to make Biden look bad. That IS the bottom line, isn't it?

Vaccines are so safe manufacturers must be protected from a flood of lawsuits.
It is a contradiction the covid cult wants to accept. Common sense must be overcome to maintain this illogical cognitive dissonance.

Right shav?

No contradiction.

The ones who would bring suit are the "alternative facts" crowd, like you.

Yes, they should be protected from the ignorant.

Are you claiming people would sue even though they were not harmed? Why would that only happen to vaccine makers and not everybody else? Merck was sued for their drug Vioxx and settled for $4.85 billion yet they are still in business.

That is more than the entire payout of the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

By your logic Merck should have went bankrupt, yet they have not. Simple math proves the contradiction true. You are wrong again.

@Metal-Brain
Do you deny the weaponization of the vaccine?
