how does the logic work? a bunch of imigrants invade a country then at a certain point they decide that they wont allow any more immigrants. its not based on density, the number of people per acre or anything logical is it?

all the non-native americans are actually either from europe or from africa, therefore they are technically immigrants

It wouldn't surprise me if some of the current 'illegal aliens' have ancestors who came from the area of the US before the US even got there. In fact those whose ancestors were part of 'wave 1' but spread into South America, most definitely have ancestors from North America.

I do think that every government should be tough on illegals. They should decide whether they want immigrants or not and if they do, make an appropriate process available. What actually happens seems to be a case of allow illegals in and keep them illegal so that they can be exploited.
