Virtually all the comments that got people fired in the Charlie Kirk case and the one in the title of the thread were made on social media, not the workplace.

I'm new on this one. The Meta at al are being charged with something far differently, than 'speaking their mind', like a slimeball running his mouth at a water cooler in my office, or Charlie Kirk on a college campus fielding quetions and and encouraging discussion. Normal free speech.
The media have failed to protect children on line, made it easy for predators., prioritized profit over safety etc. I hope they lose on all counts and pay billions in fines.

My issue is getting rid of illegal aliens. You can start one yourself on citizens killing citizens, black on black crime, esp in Chicago, such as that.
It is hardly productive to put all the many scenarios on one thread. Only Shouse can type that much.
So what do you think about illegal aliens killing so many of our citizens, purposely, driving, wrecking with no experience on false licenses, abusing our children such as that. Cultural problem of course,,,,,one of the reasons. It is normal for them. Our killers are not a cultural problem, as we are all equal citizens, american culture
Do you think they should go to prison for life? Should our citizens go to prision for life for murder?

I think, concerning the sentencing for any crime, that the decision is laid in the hands of a judge, after hearing all the evidence and the jury has made it’s choice of guilty or not. Your country does still adhere to the idea that “everyone” is entitled to a fair trial…right?

You are totally correct, but I get from your message that you don’t know what really goes on over here. All of the weenies here do not watch Fox News, which means you miss the fact. Turn on MSNBC in the morning and watch several old people sitting around a table and talking to each other that’s it that’s all they do. They sit around and talk. If you watch Fox News, they interview one principal person after another, regarding whatever the issue of the day is, and they keep pulling facts out of everyone. They hardly sit there and lie, as they are all talking about the same thing and there is no conflict. So you will hear the truth.
So do that and my point is, you will find that after these people are arrested as you suggest above, which they do, they do not incarcerate rate them. They are still on the street, like the illegal alien basterd who just shot the girl in the back yesterday.
