If the virus keeps mutating unchecked and unreported there, it’s only going to be a short matter if time before it starts spreading in the West again.

Western nations have not finished vaccinating their own citizens yet. Any nation that gives away its supply of a vaccine during a pandemic when its own citizens have not yet had an opportunity to get a potentially life saving drug would be severely negligent.

Boo-Hoo, poor Africa.
What have THEY been doing to help themselves by developing a vaccine and setting up manufacturing/distribution?
Or have they just been sitting around waiting for Western aid to come to their rescue?
