I heard a lot of guys in vietnam not only bombed inoocent women and children
but then they went into the vllages on foot to, um, finish the job, with another tool up their sleeve.................
im sure mccain knows all about it
someone should have asked him at one of those town hall meetings

During My Lai, substantial evidence arose that Lt. Calley had organized and ordered the attacks with the approval of his superiors. Several of his men "just followed orders." But others couldn't follow through.
They were the ones that were not poisoned with the images of Vietnamese in Western culture.
