bullying is a tool liberals use when they cant compete, started a fee years ago.

It is a tool used mostly to force acceptance of homosexuals.

He said it's not really bullying if it's anonymous (which I do not believe, by the way - go to reddit and tell me no one is bullied). How can you read what he wrote and seriously believe he said the opposite?
Bullying is only bullying if you disagree with it.
If you agree with it it is not bullying.

Define bullying. you can't.

In the USA, apparently, yes.

In Little England, very definitely yes.

In civilised countries? Well, it exists, but it's cracked down on rather more sternly.
