The laws exist to protect the people as a whole and the freedoms of those people, when they stop doing this, they should be broken. But looting for personal gain is not ok. Stealing some food or water for your starving self/family is fine, but people taking tvs should be shot like the common criminals they are. And shooting at rescue helicopters, at that point you should be considered an enemy combatant, and be brought to trial if possible, and killed if uncatchable.

I think a lawyer on the site could tell us for sure , but I think there is a legal term of "Not Guilty By Necessity" . I seem to remember it being similar to Justifiable Homocide . It covers things like breaking the speed limit if you're taking someone to the hospital . I think it would cover looting for food and water during emergencies like Katrina . But again , I'm not a lawyer .

Bush breaks the law so it must be OK.

The invasion of Iraq went against international law.
War is organised terrorism. He should be accountable for up to 100,000 deaths.
He was corrupted by personal financial interests.
He lied about WMD's.
His aim was to loot Iraq of its oil.

This sends the message that is OK for us to do similar things. Hey, fanatics could even do things like 9/11 !

My grandmother was responsible for processing people who want to leave Austria during the second world war before leaving as a refugee herself.

She saw huge numbers of people suffering while waiting to be processed.

She ended up letting them all go through.

She knows she let a small percentage of criminal through.

She may have broken the law but good for her !

I believe that removing Bush will benefit far more people in at least the medium term than people who currently benefit or will come to benefit from Bush being in office.

I believe that the former out weigh the latter by a factor of at least 10.

Why are you writing all that crap. It's got little to do with the subject matter of this thread.
