You are kidding right? Of course you can.
Article 5 puts forth the mechanism for calling a "Constitutional Convention". It is done by a vote of 2/3 of the states.
It is that simple. Call a constitutional convention and abolish the constitution or change it in any way you like. It is the most changeable document of government on earth. That is the key to it's greatness. And don't forget that in the moral justification FOR the constitution, ie, the Declaration Of Independence, we are told that it our DUTY to do so if government becomes a tyranny.
