According to this article, there is talk about the DOJ seeking powers to detain people in an "emergency" without giving them due process.

Now I know that the NDAA gave the state power to detain people without due process if they were suspected of being a "terrorist" when Obama signed it into law.

So I reckon we could disappear forever if "suspected" of being a terrorist AND being deemed a "need" in an emergency.

Yay!

And yes, like Obama, I say Trump would go along with this in a heart beat.
