But after watching Biden's recent address to congress and comparing it to the short part that SkyNews presented as part of their article, I thought they were identical and had not been altered.

His incompetence in getting PPE and ventilators to hospitals and his politicizing mask wearing and social distancing led to more deaths and increased economic hardship.
