"Your deal was how terrible it was for Ukraine to attack Russian refineries..."

- I have not said a single word about Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries.

"Did you say anything when the Russians actually bombed that nuclear plant?"

- What "that" nuclear plant?

No one should bomb any nuclear plant under any circumstances. It is the UN of ...[text shortened]... on, and I agree with it.

"...Russia DID bomb a working nuke plant."

What nuclear plant?
You say you have a Phd and when I asked an honest simple question what is your field you took that as some kind of attack.
So now I say, you claim to have a Phd and did not know about Russia bombing Ukraine nuke plant, BTW, the biggest one in Europe.

Suzianne is a person who denies publicly proven war crimes, calls for genocide, and crimes against humanity. There can be no "conversation" with such a person.

Suzianne also denies the reality of NATO and the reality of NATO's expansion.

It would be a much easier life for Suzianne if one would deny the existence of history.
Tell me this, do you deny the fact that Trump won in 2020?

@Suzianne said
Ranting and raving isn't science. Nature also historically takes a backseat in war. Ukraine is fighting for their very existence.

How you miss this fact is beyond me. Being Putin's fanboi might explain it.
So you abandoned the GW alarmism in favor of war? Or are you just on pause for now?

Are you all done with your chicken little rants of mass extinctions, forest fires, hurricanes, droughts and floods at the same time and doom and gloom in general?

What is wrong with you?

Have you abandoned all reason?

"You say you have a Phd and when I asked an honest simple question what is your field you took that as some kind of attack."

- This is again a personal attack, instead of discussing the arguments presented.

First, I have never said on the Forum that I had a PhD. "PhD" is marked next to my name as a brief description of the user "Nanomaster".

Second, that question about the PhD was a personal question intended to interrupt the discussion of the arguments I presented.

Third, that question about the PhD was asked on another thread.

Fourth, that question was not innocent at all; instead, the context was meant to cast doubt on my arguments without discussing them.

"So now I say, you claim to have a Phd and did not know about Russia bombing Ukraine nuke plant, BTW, the biggest one in Europe."

- Again: I did not "claim" to have a PhD. Perhaps you need some psychiatric treatment.

Your interpretation that I "did not know Russia bombing Ukraine nuke plant" is absolute nonsense. Instead, someone claimed here that Russia bombed Ukraine's working nuclear plant, but did not specify which plant and when. There are at least three Ukrainian nuclear plants concerning which Ukraine has claimed that Russia bombed or attacked them. As it was not specified, I asked twice what nuclear plant one was talking about. And I did not get any answer.

Now, you seem to specify that the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant (ZNPP) was mentioned.

There are obstacles, however.

First, the ZNPP is currently not a working nuclear power plant.

Second, the ZNPP has been in the hands of Russia from the beginning of the war. It has been regularly bombed, and Ukraine is constantly insisting that Russia is bombing the power plant, which is in its control and where Russian workers are inside.

Unfortunately, it is a conspiracy theory that Russia is bombing itself and its own people.

Worse. To claim that someone is regularly bombing itself means to present a global conspiracy theory. It is much more difficult to justify a global conspiracy theory. It is very difficult to plausibly explain that someone is regularly bombing themselves.

Ukraine has not presented any convincing evidence that Russia is regularly bombing the ZNPP, having its own people inside of it.

I am very sorry, but I will not accept any highly implausible conspiracy theories as proven unless very strong evidence is presented.

Please read carefully what has been said in the conversation above.

For example, I mentioned Ukraine's war crimes, crimes against humanity and public calls for genocide, to argue that Russia had some real reasons - but not justification - to start a war.

Take, for example, public calls for genocide.

Now, some Bandera-minded Suzi claims that I am spreading Russian propaganda.

Public calls for genocide have been made on Ukrainian state TV.

It follows that Bandera-minded Suzi accidentally claimed that Ukrainian state TV is spreading Russian propaganda.

It is blatant nonsense.

Stepan Andriyovych Bandera was a Ukrainian far-right leader of the radical militant faction of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists, the OUN-B.

This is as disgusting a comparison as could possibly be leveled against me.

This is the exact nonsense @Metal-Brain has lied about over and over and over about the Ukrainians being Nazis and/or Nazi sympathizers. It is exactly like calling Russians communists. They were, they are no longer.

And you, comparing me to them, just because I prefer that a nation, which has been viciously attacked with the intent to subsume them back into the Russian motherland, be allowed to fight against a far larger aggressor for their very survival.

This is nothing more than vicious propaganda. Russia (and obviously Putin) have floated this disgusting Nazi theory (as well as idiots like @Metal-Brain) as their ridiculous reason for invading Ukraine. You may believe anything he says, but I certainly do not.

And I ask that you cease this mislabeling of my character and cease attacking me just because I obviously disagree with your apparent ideology that authoritarians should be capitulated to (especially Putin -- Putin is not your friend).

There is an image of a hole in the roof from a direct attack by a Russian drone.
Why would they attack a nuclear plant even if it is shut down?

So Russia should have zero accountability for first taking Crimea and then all out war on Ukraine.
But ANY attacks on RUSSIA by Ukraine, Meet you in Nuremburg.

"There is an image of a hole in the roof from a direct attack by a Russian drone."

- There are images and videos of the hole in the roof of the ZNPP (Zapporizhye Nuclear Power Plant).

There are no images or videos of a hole in the roof from a direct attack by a Russian drone. No image or video published proves that it was a Russian drone. And, probably, it was not a drone.

"Why would they attack a nuclear plant even if it is shut down?"

- Who "they"?

But this is not my position at all, nor is it what I have said above.

You are trying to hide, whitewash or even justify the war crimes, crimes against humanity, mass murders, public calls for genocide, etc, of Ukrainian nationalists.

This makes you an accomplice to these crimes.

Have you ever read the newspaper "The Kyiv Independent"?
Do you think that "The Kyiv Independent" spreads Russian propaganda?
Do you think that the European Court of Human Rights makes Russian propaganda or tries to justify the war of aggression?

Your hands are bloody up to your elbows.

"ECHR rules Ukraine failed to prevent, investigate violence in Odesa in 2014"
The Kyiv Independent, 11 October 2025

"Judgment Concerning Ukraine"
European Court of Human Rights, 13/03/25

Quotation:

"In the case of Vyacheslavova and Others v. Ukraine the Court held that there had been violations of the right to life/investigation on account of the authorities’ failure to do everything that could reasonably be expected of them to prevent the violence in Odesa on 2 May 2014, to stop that violence after its outbreak, to ensure timely rescue measures for people trapped in the fire, and to institute and conduct an effective investigation into the events."

So the Ukraine war is Zelensky's fault, Those heroic Russians defending their very existence and Ukraine should be in Nuremberg, right.

What a nonsense.

"...I obviously disagree with your apparent ideology that authoritarians should be capitulated to (especially Putin -- Putin is not your friend)."

Everything that you said in your comment is a lie and an arbitrary ascription.

What I really have said, the others can read from my previous comments.

Particularly, I have not argued that Ukraine should capitulate to Putin.

However, I believe that Western countries should not capitulate to the Ukrainian authoritarian leaders and their blackmail.

And, I repeat my position I formulated from the very beginning: it is wrong to send weapons and ammunition to Ukraine - to such a country with such a leadership.

Of course, it is wrong to send weapons to Russia as well, but I assume that Western countries are not doing it anyway. So, it is redundant to say it.

I guess you need some psychiatric treatment. What you say is absolutely unrelated to what I have said above.

Sounds like you are supporting Russia and imply it is Ukraine at fault for the war.
