Why is CNN pushing Toobin's crotch in our faces again?

Just another case of CNN promoting their own staff as the heroes or at least subjects of their headlines.

Why the show of sex-shaming? Why did Toobin go along with it instead of telling them all to go stuff themselves?

If he did it on purpose, let's hear the rest of the story and why he felt provoked to do that. If was an accident, why not just let the embarrassing moment pass?
