@mike69 saidI'm repeating threats the head of the FCC made following his comments about Kirk's killer and Trump's reaction.
I have explained this to you and others here. Him and the other huge clown that was pulled had crap ratings not fully utilizing time slots to their full profit. Can you prove this was going to happen or are you repeating someone’s opinion. These two were extremely divisive and very political appealing only to one side.
Your idea that those had nothing to do with the cancellation are far fetched but gullible MAGA saps like yourself will believe almost anything right wing media tells you.
@no1marauder saidI’m saying if they were doing well they more than likely could have made an apology. Of course this would require them to be entertaining to both sides and not political. Was that a fact of what was going to happen or a could of?

@mike69 saidLike AvJoe, do you seriously think humanity is only about profit?

You just said it out loud.
@mike69 saidTalk show hosts can't make political comments? Since when?

The FCC isn't there to police the monologues of talk show hosts for acceptable political commentary and threaten regulatory action against broadcasters unless they censor comments the present administration doesn't like. That's a clear 1st Amendment violation.
@no1marauder saidIf you’ve watched them you know the non stop bs from them. You didn’t answer if this was fact or opinion that this was going to happen with their recent purchase.

@no1marauder saidI bet you didn't give a s**t when it was Trump's 1'st amendment that was violated.
More cancel culture.
And a blatant First Amendment violation.

@mike69 saidEr, Colbert got an EMMY and got canceled anyway.
I imagine it was more that his ratings were bad, they needed someone else, it was an excuse. If he had high ratings I doubt it would have happened, just an apology.
Let's call it what it is: POLITICAL SUPPRESSION OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH
Following right down the road to full dictatorship,
What I wonder when Trump actually claims to be a king.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidsetting aside the blatant free speech violation (this is actually free speech infringement, not like someone firing a nazi for nazi comments)
It just gets better and better.

the "kirk shooting comments" mentioned are Kimmel playing a clip in which Trump, after being asked the softest ball question of "How are you holding up after your good friend Charlie Kirk was murdered", answered with a rant about the renovation work on his ballroom.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidDisgusting. I remember when presidents were above this.
It just gets better and better.
