FOX did not try to fight the lawsuit. They wanted an excuse to remove Tucker. Using ASOG as a defense would not get rid of Tucker. And Tucker never lied about anything. Pirro however was the central figure in the lawsuit, not Tucker....but she kept her job. Why?

Trump is using hate speech as an excuse to erode the 1st amendment. But what is hate speech? We cannot even agree what a lie is. If RFK jr. says vaccines cause autism is it a lie? If you say yes I will bring up the Hannah Poling case.
