Too bad your writing style drips with sarcasm. You 'know' K is not guilty of ANYTHING, just a hardworking judge innocent of ANY wrongdoing at any time in his life. I suppose you will find it really good when he casts the deciding vote in Roe V Wade and all the other right wing death lists.

It's not "the FBI," but a Senate panel. In other words, the GOP says a GOP politician is innocent. Amazing!

The FBI didn't charge Hillary, yet you still attack her. Do you only agree with the FBI decisions when when they're in favor of Republicans? Keep in mind they had more than a week to investigate her.

1. They are untruthful
2. They are truthful, it is only we who are partisan lunatics
3. They sometimes are truthful, but mostly just a partisan tool when it comes to political investigations.

What it says is you are making a false claim; the Republican majority on the Senate Judiciary Committee is not the FBI.

The FBI report of their " limited FBI probe" (as described in your article) has not been released.

Perjury is (to my knowledge) a felony.

For me the issue is not whether or not Kavanaugh is guilty of attempted rape. I have no doubt Ford was attacked all those years ago. However, despite her insistence, it might not have been Kavanaugh. To my knowledge, no women came forth with accusations of wrongdoing during his years as a lawyer and judge. However, Kavanugh's demeanor during the hearing was totally inappropriate and for that, he should have never been given a seat on the SCOTUS.

All investigations are limited dingleberry. They don't go on forever, although I'm sure you would have liked them to.

As I've said, he was investigated initially and they found nothing. Then he was investigated a second time after the proceedings, only because your partisan hack Dims hid this little Ford secret to delay him being appointed.
