What I doubt or not doubt has no bearing as the law process hasn't got that far yet.
What I don't doubt is that Mr Assange doesn't want to set foot in Sweden again. Therefore he doesn't want to leave the Embassy, but don't reject a hearing from the Swedish law in the Embassy premises.

And it seems that you don't know why.

The assaults are a cover up just to bring Mr Assange to Sweden. The rest is political business. You really have to read-up in the matter.
