No. Some nurses work more hours, some nurses are particulary good at their jobs, some nurses do more than nurse (so, job +1).

But, hey, we notice that none of the nurses are Scottish. Why is that? And a few Scottish nurses are needed, because nobody else understands a word of what the Scottish patients are muttering as they’re bleeding out their bums. So, we have to get a fee Scottish nurses.
So, you promote this.

The point Shav is making, why should a bank executive be paid ten times as much as a nurse? Like he said, a nurse saves lives while the bank exec just hands out money to those who don't really need it. If you really need money the bank says screw u.
What exactly would be wrong in the world if a bank exec makes100K instead of 1000K a year while a nurse MIGHT make 60K or even 90?
