Isn't it crazy that states around the world allow such a high rate of killing to occur on our roads. More people have died on our roads than ALL of our servicemen who have died in all the wars we have fought. When our ancestors look back on us a hundred years hence they'll think we were all crazy to allow it to occur..........remedies anyone?

You notice how tobacco is the most popular in the most populated countries on earth, IE, China. There must be an realization they have too many people and are doing positive things to lower the population. Of course there, the girl-boy ratio is so out of whack, that alone will insure a big drop in population. This also will lead to further reductions as the male population there gets to be in its highest harmone filled age which will inevitable lead to many deaths due to gang warfare and out and out rebellion against the government.

The projected Chinese gender imbalance, for example, is one that will take care of itself in the long run. If it really does come to pass that the men outnumber the women by a significant margin, then the status of women will rise substantially. Men will compete more heavily for the available brides. Having daughters will suddenly become a very lucrative proposition for Chinese parents. It'll be a simple case of supply and demand in action.
