But that money spent was already given to the military. it came from the budget that the congress passed already. How they use the money is in doubt but the dems had no control at that point
I think the reigns should be pulled in but only through constitutional amendment because, as I said in another post, as soon as the dems take the white house, any laws they pass now restricting presidential powers would be erased. And you know that, No1.
