He’s well known for not liking free speech about him he’s probably bought it so he can block his critics.

I don't care who owns Twitter. Social media sites like Twitter are overrated. I don't see many top producing people on them, because they have other things to do - like work.

Spend $44 billion to block criticism. I barely remember even hearing any criticism about Musk until he began trying to buy Twitter.

Probably a person who created Tesla and SpaceX has a little more nuanced lines of thinking that you're capable of understanding.

You deride the political influence of such sites AND the fact Musk now owns it means whatever he considers free speech, like letting Trump back in to Twitter will be his decision and his alone, no way to stop that since he is now the sole owner.
That is NEVER good since he now says and him alone, who gets to spout whatever crap he allows to go on to twitter.

Free speech and ban the books and tell teachers what to teach and don't say gay and tell people what drugs they can't take and what health care they can use.

Free speech but just for me.

As far as deriding Democracy....Why's The GOP banning books,
and making it more difficult to vote?....I don't get it.

You don’t remember people criticising him, have a listen they are doing it now especially on twitter, he’s a very fragile individual and very mercurial, stuff can turn to 💩in his hands as well as 💰
Like most conservative thinkers he doesn’t understand that people go to twitter to get away from the Trumps, Carlson’s, and MBs of this world. He might just break their only business model.
