Sheriff: Lindsay Lohan to Serve Only Two Weeks in Jail

If Lindsay Lohan behaves herself in jail, she'll serve only about 14 days of her 90-day sentence.

"She is scheduled to be released on either Aug. 1 or 2 for overcrowding issues and good behavior," L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells PEOPLE.

It's the long-standing policy of the L.A. County jail system to release nonviolent misdemeanor offenders early due to severe overcrowding.

Well it's sad,, but 2 weeks will teach her nothing... she's dead, just doesn't know it yet... front a page tabloid stuff for a few more years.
