Your comments after that are quite irrelevant about nazipeople and the revivalist preacher, the patrol , etc, which all have nothing to do with people who break our law at the border.
If a person is too close to a group of pitbulls and rattlesnakes, I will go out of my way to be sure they stay safe. If they enter voluntarily. (there is that pesky choose element again) I guess I just watch? What else and why?

Immigration vastly improves the nation receiving them.

Immigration fuels the mechanics of business. It has for hundreds of years.

You (as a businessman) have made obscene profits off the backs of immigrant workers.

Immigrants do improve growth of a nation.
Illegal immigrants are not the immigrants you speak of.
So, Legal Immigrants improve growth of a nation. Illegal immigrants, even with a baby in arms, need to go back around..... To become legal immigrants, and improve our growth. Whew.

US Law states that once a woman with a baby gets to "our side" of the Rio Grande, she must NOT be turned around. 😆

The law states that if she claims asylum from persecution, her claim must be evaluated.

If you want to change the law, change it. Don't pretend you can just ignore the law, you criminal bastard! 😆

Of course there are the thousands of pages on the confusing laws. I just have a joust with Marauder about the word domicile. Taken literally, one cannot be domicled and be hiding in a closet when the Immigration Squad comes around to arrest him., and at the SAME time, claiming to have the status of domiciled.

That is, you cannot be domiciled and hiding at the same time. Marauder said that you can, in so many (MANY!!) words. So , you have the law, yes, but I only like to jeehaw with you fellers with a common sense approach. Either that, or read him and Sonhouse (replete with links) until suppertime. Whew.
Common sense is much more fun, I wojld like to see what Marauder (and you) Think, instead of read something that you read. We are not in Class 101.

Common sense says that if there is objection to current law, different laws are brought up for debate in the House and Senate, preferably with bipartisan consensus. 😆

In Jan 2024, Trump ORDERED the House to abandon common sense, and they spinelessly complied.

So much for that approach.
