How about the rate of gun shot wounds and killings per hundred thousand? Speaks volumes about the level of unresolved anger in America. We have guns here in Switzerland too, but the gun shot rate per hundred thousand is orders of magnitude lower. It's not about guns per se, it's about the threshold for using them in anger.

It is what they do The culture of others. Very very difficult to weave that 'social justice' of Suzianne's into our daily lives, since we have nothing to do with those people.
