That is, of course, if you are a woman needing an abortion.

Or a homosexual just wanting the Matthew Shepard act to pass so that it is now a federal hate crime to commit violence against someone due to their sexual orientation.

Those people of course deserve no rights under the McBush/Palin plan.

I sure forgot about that! 😛

What else do I expect?

McBush/Palin appeal to such a large backwater Christian population.

How do you feel about the rights of a failed abortion, in which the baby lives, does the baby have rights?

both obama and mccain are against same sex marriage... both displayed pretty much the same beliefs in that area.

Not really, Obama wants them to have all the benefits of marriage but not call it that, while McCain wants to limit the rights of the union.

How does changing the definition of marriage improve society? Allowing homosexual "marriage" is like introducing a counterfeit currency into the money supply.

And for those in the restaurant business, no more marrying the ketchup. Those types of unions are just unacceptable.

Why do you say that? What's counterfeit about same-sex marriages?

It's a socialist practice.

In a "marriage" between two homosexual men, what's missing is a woman; in a "marriage" between two lesbians, what's lacking is a man.

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

-- William Shakespeare
