No thanks, too much flavour enhancers like MSG and too much artificial sweeteners like aspartame in the food. They can trigger al kinds of sad things from obesity to ALWAYS BEING HUNGRY AND THIRSTY.

Sorry, but McD's and BK have NOTHING on Braum's(those of you in the Midwest know what I'm talking about). A 1/3 lb. bacon cheeseburger, no special sauce with mayo on both sides of the bun......*mouth watering*
Years ago, Americans ate hamburgers that came from real beef. They put cheese, ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles, onions, and tomatos on them--not everyone had all of these. I suspect the fast food idiots (most of whom wouldn't recognize the taste of real beef) added the mayo.

The real reason managers have a high attrition rate is because of high emplyee turnover rate, plus the teens of today that work at these establishments have no work ethic: show up late or not at all, quit on a dime, back-talk the manager, steal food, have no food safety concerns, etc...the managers develop ulcers, high blood pressure, or get carried away to the funny-farm. It take a tough hombre to manage a fast food joint these days....
Can't blame them if the teens are always employed at minimum wage, they aren't exactly going to take their jobs seriously. The high employee turnover rate means that McDonalds have low low running costs. Maybe if they thought their job had a future they'd be more motivated to work hard.
There's no independant decision-making for the manager, only hire, fire and arrange the daily schedule. Oh, and encourage 'team spirit'. No wonder someone came up with "McJob".

Maccy D's crap. BK is slightly better. Wendy's is better still.
For the ultimate burger go to any half-decent kebab joint & get them to flame grill 1 of their lovely 1/4 pounders right in front of you.
The ultimate burger (other than your own bbq)
