What we found was the Bahamian fishermen were stealing gas from that tank for their fishing work. So one day the gas people for RCA put sugar in the tanks and the next day the coast guard was called out to rescue about 20 Bahamian fishermen dead in the water😉, that stopped the gas leaks😉
