i think a complete withdrawl by either side would work ....
if the combined islamic countries recognised the right of israel to be where it is and have access to adequate resources, then actively policed its extremists to leave a safe jewish homeland .... then surely the zionists would happily live in peace.
also
if the whole of israel moved completely to some area inside the u.s.a. then there would also be peace .... there are already more jewish people in america than in israel, if they all moved there and had a homeland there that shopuld also work. the usa seems to have little internal trouble related to the jewish presence.
of course neither of these options seems likely to suddenly happen ... are there intermediate achievable steps ... are there more achievable options?

forget about whose fault the current trouble is or what "should" happen.

how could peace break out in the middle east?
People Arabs and Jews will realise that trust is possible.
The US has the power, but it mustn't abuse that power for its own aims.
It will not be easy or short but it can happen.

To be honest, I think you probably need some women in power to make changes. That would require major cultural shifts of course, in many of the arab nations, but isn't a complete pipe dream - as some recent advances in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, and Iran show.
And of course, we need all the old hardliners on all sides to die.
