I was a regular of their "Big Breakfast" when I worked in central
London but I could never understand anyone wanting one of their burgers.

Best thing about McDonalds? ... their toilets.

Meh. They might go to MacDreck less, they still go to other fast food joints, count calories, believe in superfoods (while going to fast food joints!), and trust the health "news" on internet sites.
