What is it and how does it work?

Well. It is getting a communist judge or judges -- to make and mandate what you can never put up for a vote. Because the idea is to destroy society, not make anything better. Pure and simple.

Example is the notion that 13,000 dollars per child in the NYC school system is discriminating and holding back and punishing the children. The politics of class warfare.

My poor little Granite school district here in Utah handles 70 thousand kids and manages to be in the top ten in all the testing and we do it for:

1999 = 3949 per kid
2000 = 4099 per kid
2001 = 4386 per kid
2002 = 4510 per kid
2003 = 4623 per kid

If you get it. And we pay for it out of cash on propery taxes. No loans. No bonds. Even for buildings and support.

So how does New York City do it?

Well, they turn their unions over to the mob to start off. An average janitor has enough cash and income to purchase a quarter million dollar yaught and time enough to use it in Miami for a full month each year. Great use of schooling money.

So now the 13,000 per kid isn't enough so rather than raise taxes these wonderful "Blue" people sue and will end up getting the hayseed "Red" states to relieve the burden of their poor, enslaved children.

And that is how all of socialism in the US works. The people of NYC are smarter and brighter and more interesting than any of us. They know exactly what the rest of the world needs to do to escape our hayseed condition. Too bad they will use the courts to support their mob rulers. If they were as smart as they think... couldn't they figure out that adding another 5.6 Billion dollars to the 18 Billion dollar budget will just be a waste of resources? At least until their system gets cleaned up?

As a side note. With the newly "court mandated" win and empowerment of the kids... each child in NYC could be picked up by a stretch limo and delivered to any private school in the tri-states. And there would be a billion left over. For a big christmas manger scene.

There are no Blue states. Just large cities are blue. If you look at the famous red/blue map by actual voting districts... there are no red (republican) cities of a population over 200,000. Including Salt Lake City. It is totally lefty. But we (in the county) still bail them out on all their gestapo raids by their police.

Sorry. The important idea is that they (demo's of all stripe) are always tending to call out their police and/or stifling opposition with police.

It is the story of how Clinton used Janet Reno, Louis Freeh and the FBI and the Department of justice -- by "leaking" top secret documents to the New York Crimes... errr. sorry, "new yuck times" -- in order to persecute an innocent man... so that the press would be sidetracked from congressional investigations and the bribes he [Clinton] took from the Chinese government.

It worked too. Even though a Federal Judge had to beg forgiveness later for the obvious way the system was torqued.

I am truly sorry that I was led by our executive branch of government to order your detention last December" etc, etc. The apology went on for 30 minutes and is a must read if you have ever read 1984 and worried about that sort of thing.

It is an eye opener. If anyone doubts the basic gestopo nature of the current Democratic party.

This is not just a site for Americans. Alot of us find these sort of threads as annoying as you find mine, though mine address world issues. These sort of threads remind us that a lot of Americans doesn't think much of anywhere else but America.
