    In Europe there is a political movement one could describe as conservative socialism, although this is not common. These parties generally oppose any kind of reform in the welfare state and are generally isolationistic. Most of these parties originated from communist parties.

    Well yes, I would say the US analog of conservative liberalism is the Democrat party. In Europe, the key difference between conservative liberals and conservatives is that conservative liberals generally value personal freedom and choice more.

    Economically Labour is right of center but they are moderately progressive when it comes to social issues like abortion.

    There are some commonalities, granted, but I still think Cameron's Conservative Party fits the bill better.

    Well, I don't know the Tories' stance on personal freedom, but they aren't that different from Labour anyways.
