Why continue with your silly argument that those items should be considered. Let me put it this way which you cannot deny. If a black person and a white person were applying for the same job and one was black, it appears to me that you would think to pick the black person because the only difference between the two would be their color. Is that the reason you pick the black person? But let’s go beyond that, wha Joe would do is put them to some test that has nothing to do with red color, creed or sex.
