Guys , this happening will blow a huge hole in all of your discussions about DEI. Marauder himself posted some huge study how great it was to get people of different cultures and backgrounds together for more successful communication and success in corporations.
Morgan Stanley says all it does is create divisiveness and they wish they had not done it and they are going to change it. I hope Marauder will comment on this or as usual just leave it all hanging out.

"A Morgan Stanley spokesman disputed that the bank’s policies have created divisiveness or tensions. He pointed to companywide surveys in which most employees gave the bank high scores on its commitment to diversity and inclusiveness and said the bank is a place where they are “treated with dignity and respect.”
With 80,000 employees around the world, “there will always be outliers, but the vast majority of our employees of all backgrounds agree that Morgan Stanley is a great place to work,” said Wesley McDade, the spokesman."
The article says many of the initiatives were put in place after George Floyd's killing in 2020. Since that time, Morgan Stanley's profits have increased every year and were about 46% higher last year than in 2019. https://www.macrotrends.net/stocks/charts/MS/morgan-stanley/gross-profit
@no1marauder saidWell, we all can read the same article. Love your ' a great place to work'. You'd say it too if you worked in cubicle number 53, comfy job, no upset apple cart.

The federal employees would tell you that the fed govt is a great place to work.
Whatever they say, whatever you say.
HmmmmmI wonder why that article saw the light of day. Marauder, why was it written?? Why was it published??? They would hardly write about a problem if there is no problem. Your buddy Wildgrass would say there would be no article about a fact if there is no fact. Seems there is no problem? Or is there? Remember , Sue is reading this.
@AverageJoe1 saidLet me take a wild stab here. The management of Morgan Stanley is mostly white, no?

And by the way, the federal government IS a great place to work. Because of things like EEO, there has traditionally been minimal discrimination against minority groups. Oh, it still happens, but it's not AS common, and when it does happen, there are tools to push back against it. These guardrails should not be removed.
