Mortgage payments have gone up due to the Feds yanking up the prime rate, which mortgage rates are tied to. This is also why credit card rates are through the roof.

Mortgage rates have only just lately dropped back below 7%.

I was lucky, I did my re-fi back when the rate was 2.5%

You seriously think if your god king Trump is reelected gas will come down to 2 bucks a gallon again? You are really living in laa laa land. BTW gas HAS come down, it is closing in on 3 bucks a gallon here in PA, I just paid 3.09 at a local gas station.
It was over 5 bucks a gallon a year ago but of COURSE if gas goes up, HANG BIDEN, if gas goes down, just business as usual, nothing to do with Biden.

It's dipped below $3 at Costco here in Phoenix. Still seeing almost $3.50 at the expensive name brands like Chevron and Shell. My last fill-up was $3.23 but I get 30mpg, so it's been a couple of weeks.

He is worth over $30M more than when he took office. Only 3 homes I know, and surely still in one of them? Try again?what did they do for this money.
