No,Red, you've got it all wrong.

The fact that the other side of the thuggish, hooligan, mentality in society represented by communism is equally abhorrent to me, but not to you, shows that you have failed to understand my position.

We just have to make sure that those we let in are going to make a net contribution to our society, and to make it worthwhile for those already here who do not to depart.
Do you have any problems with what the BNP stands for?

Not with the socio-economic status of their members.

Tell us whether you support their policies or not.

A simple question.

A simple question which I have already answered.

The fact that your mind is too simple to understand my answer is no fault of mine.

You're surely not objecting to someone asking the same question more than once?

Irony overdose or what.

I do object to anyone who is too thick (or uneducated) to underatnd English on a English site.

We know you Glaswegians cannot speak intelligible English, but you are expected to be ablw to read it without too much difficulty.

This was his answer RedMike.
He is implying that he abhors BNP policies as much as communism

I'm American, so hopefully you'll forgive my ignorance of English. What does 'underatnd' mean?

Oh dear, another clown who goes hunting for obvious typing errors so as to show off his perspicacity. (look that one up if you can't understand it)

While I did not use it, or anything else, to look up the word 'perspicacity', I too own a thesaurus.

I do not need one, so don't waste my time.

One man's thesaurus is another man's lobotomy.
Everyone's needs differ.

In a study during the 90's the Glaswegian accent was found the 3rd best accent to understand. Behind the Edinburgh accent and Oxford English.

This is indeed correct, and perhaps goes some way to explain why so many call centres are sited here.

That's why we do not know what they are blathering about and just put the 'phone down.

As to why so many of these pestilential centres are cited there, it is probably to try to get the Glaswegians to work for a living and get them off the 'benefits'.

Well all I can say is that I'm a French speaker and I can understand Glaswegians, even on the phone.. so that goes to show. I think it's an interesting and quite pleasant accent actually.

Well, thank you!

I personally like the French accent when they're speaking English. That has got to be the sexiest sound in the whole wide world.
