I just recieved this T-shirt through the post

http://www.redmolotov.com/catalogue/design.php?design_code=muhammad

I ordered it as a knee-jerk reaction to the sudanese teddy issue, and now i have it in my hand.

Question....should i wear it, and why ?

Discuss.

If you live in the UK and wear it, the chances are that the Police will arrest you for causing or about to cause a Breach of the Peace (their catch-all dpending on what mood they are in).

I'd wear it. You bought it, now wear it.

I'm tending towards NOT wearing it. I initially planned to wear it as a protest against the treatment of the Teacher, but she's free now. I have muslim friends, and i wouldn't dream of insulting them for no reason.

Maybe wear it, but with "Jesus' mother was a skanky 'ho" written on the back?

Would you wear it if you didn't have Muslim friends?

In other words, would you insult people you don't know for no reason?

I would.
If I could wear a T-shirt with a teddy bear called Mohammad shagging a vision of Mary, Jesus' mother in Auswitsch on a pile of homosexual bones... I'd wear it!

They're more work collegues than friends, so i wouldn't care much for testing friendships. I'm stuck in the middle here....i believe wearing it is not wrong, but the intended reason for buying it is not there anymore (for now, anyway).

I agree with you. You dont create artificial situations to test friendships... they get tested over the course of time whether you like it or not.

Wear it, but be ready for trouble and don't be apologetic if someone doesn't like it, once you start to back down you're in for some wicked unpleasantness. It's like wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket , if some jerk makes a smart-mouth comment to test you, you gotta be prepared to back it up.
