My solution to illegal immigration to the United States of America.
Here is what I propose:
1. Grant temporary work visa’s to all of the illegal immigrants in this country now for a few years.
2. Make anyone who wants to immigrate go through the proper channels… as they should. (these channels should be easier)
3. Set up guard towers every half mile or less at the borders with sharp shooters to shoot anyone who invades our country illegally.

What about that fence along the entire border?
Any convicted illegal alien would get a prison sentence, and while in prison, put them to work building that fence. When they complete the sentence, they would then be deported.
Any employer convicted of hiring an illegal alien would be heavily fined and serve a prison sentence as well. The money from the fine would be used to pay for the fence.
Seriously, How about if we just enforce the laws that are already in place! I think the most positive step would be to make it very undesirable to get caught hiring an illegal alien.

the people of u.s.a. have always let the people of the rest of america go about their own lives and not interfered ... and so it does seem sensible for the people of the u.s. to also be allowed to live peacefully in their own little patch - without trespassers from other parts of america.
