Anyone want to predict what the motive was?

Well he warned everyone to get out of there so I am guessing a disgruntled employee. 🤔
Or some legal crap that had to do with one of the buildings there 🤔

I'm gonna guess that he (or his group) had a body to dispose of. In a way that no one would know it was missing. Leaving it in a ditch somewhere just wasn't good enough.

An explosion that size would nearly vaporize a body. I see there was almost nothing left of the SUV and it's a bit tougher than a human body. He just didn't want any collateral human damage, therefore the recording warning people away.

@Suzianne
I would think the forensic experts would find some trace of human tissue.
I saw a fighter jet crash a few blocks from my house when I was 14.
I saw the pilot trying to get the canopy open, beating on it.
The hole in the road it hit was about 20 feet wide and I got there pretty fast and I found a piece of his helmet with some brain tissue in it.
It was horrific but in today's world that would have been enough to do DNA on him.

GOTCHA!
So......the pilot was beating on the canopy ? You were close enough to see him doing that as he was zooming by right off the ground at hundreds of miles per hour? Suuuure ya were.
If the canopy failed to jettison no pilot would drop the stick that low to the ground and try to pound on the canopy when he's crashing, he'd try to keep control and glide it in....
Even your description of the crash site is ridiculous, a 20 foot hole in the ground wouldn't happen unless he was diving straight down...in which case you really wouldn't have had time to see him "pounding on the canopy"....
What a ridiculous fish tale.
Easy to look this up, what kind of aircraft and where/when did this miraculous vision of yours occur?

I remember Elvis Presley "bombed" in Nashville on Oct. 2, 1954.

The most likely suspect at this time is named Anthony Warner. Possibly a conspiracy theorist who hates 5G cell phone technology.

News yesterday was that they did find tissue at the scene, undergoing tests now to see if human, probably DNA tests after that.

Kiss my ass you piece of garbage.

I was fukkikng FOURTEEN.

I picked out a piece of the helmet with brain tissue in it. It really happened and was listed in the Air force records. It was a training jet, a common one on the 50's, I think it was a Sabre.

It happened like I said and the pilot aimed the jet to crash in a road because where I lived was highly populated and there were children playing in a house right next to the crash and pieces of the wing crashed into a tree where there were kids playing but missed all of them.

It landed maybe a mile from my house.

And I DID see the pilot shoving his arms up to try to open the canopy.

That memory will stick with me to the day I die.

Later in the USAF, my jet was the B 47 and my work base was Lincoln AFB in Nebraska and there was a small tree on the top of a small rise at the end of the runway and one B47 lost engines on takeoff, there was engine debris on the runway and the pilot tried to get up enough altitude to miss the tree but the plane's wing struck the tree and it whipped around and crashed into a farmers field and I and a few hundred other airmen had to go pick up the most important parts we didn't want to have in enemy hands.
I was aghast at that crash, I saw a little bunny totally black and bloated from the explosion and there was not much left of the crew and bits and pieces of the crash were spread around 20 or more acres.

So tell me I am lying about THAT one also.

You saw all that.....and you were interested in planes and went in the Air Force a few years later..... and you don't even know what kind of jet it was or took the time to find out ?
Whatever.

That B-47 that crashed on takeoff at Lincoln AFB was in 1961, sorry I didn't know you were so elderly you must be at least 80.

I think it is most likely that it was an act carried out by a Q-anon type. When it first happened, I also imagined it could have been eco-terrorism based on the target.

Since it was literally targeting infrastructure and a warning to everyone in the area for 15 minutes was played ahead of time, this is about as ethical as terrorism comes, like that abortion clinic bomber who only took them out at night.
