National Guard going to Memphis, Tennessee?

I'm betting it doesn't get approved.
Police Chief says the crime is so out of control the entire US Army couldn't fix it.
I never knew Memphis was that bad.

The National Guard is useless for this sort of situation. They'll occupy parts of the city and look scary for a few days then when the citizens get upset that they're under occupation by their own army the Guard will back down.

At least we have more billionaires now!
